WAVE

The Welfare And Vulnerability Engagement (WAVE) training program is designed to equip individuals in the licensed industry with an understanding of vulnerability, as well as their obligations and strategies to address it.

We train our management team on these principles.

Defence Employer Recognition Scheme

The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) encourages employers to support defence and inspire others to do the same.

As a business, we understand the value that members of the defence community can bring. We actively recruit and train current and former members.

Ask for Angela

“Ask for Angela” is a public-facing initiative that enables individuals who feel threatened or unsafe to discreetly request assistance by using the codeword “Angela”. By mentioning this codeword, they can alert a trained staff member to their situation, who can then provide the necessary discreet assistance.

Our team are trained and briefed on the scheme.
